How to place Order?
To place an order, you need to contact us on phone or email and share the product you need. You may also share customization details like design and dimension. Based on your requirement and order quantity, we will prepare a quotation which will be sent to you. The minimum order quantity is 20 pieces.
How does the payment process work?
To confirm the order, the customer has to pay an advance of 60% after which we start manufacturing the items. At the time of shipment, the customer has to pay the remaining 40% after which the items will be sent to transit. The freight charges are required to be paid by the customer. We accept payment through Net Banking, Mastercard, Visa, UPI, Google Pay and Phone Pay. The payment details will be shared on Email.
Can we order samples?
Yes, samples can be provided. But the customer has to pay for it. The prices may vary depending upon designs and dimensions. Samples will be provided from 1 to 5 pieces depending upon the type of product.
How long is the order processing time?
The estimated time required for order processing is typically between 25 to 30 days. This timeframe may vary based on several factors, including order quantity, production duration and shipping duration.
How do I make an exchange?
Customers may request a replacement if the item received is defective or damaged upon arrival. To qualify for a replacement, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. It is essential to note that our Company will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during courier transit. To mitigate this risk, we will provide video documentation of the items before shipment. This will ensure that the products are well-packaged and all components are intact and undamaged prior to departure from our facility. If an item is damaged due to our oversight or error in manufacturing, we will take full responsibility. In such cases, customers can expect either a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
